RESUMO

Objective To analyze the burden of intestinal infectious diseases in Jining city from 2009 to 2016, determine the epidemic trends and the high-risk groups in this area, so as to provide evidence for the prevention and control of intestinal infectious diseases. Methods The intestinal infectious diseases case information were collected from the Infectious Diseases Surveillance Information Reporting System. Based on these data, the incidence rate, the years lived with disability (YLDs) and the intensity of YLDs of intestinal infectious diseases was calculated. Results From 2009 to 2016, the annual incidence rate of intestinal infectious diseases in Jining city was 128.81/100 000, the annual incidence rate of subtype diseases in the descending order were other infectious diarrhea (74.74/100 000), hand-foot-and-mouth disease (49.15/100 000), bacillary dysentery (3.65/100 000), hepatitis E (0.57/100 000), acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis (0.37/100 000) and hepatitis A (0.34/100 000). The highest incidence of intestinal infectious diseases was at May to August. The total YLDs caused by intestinal infectious diseases were 593.04 person-years, including 372.31 person-years for males and 220.73 person-years for females. The YLDs ranked in descending order were of hand-foot-mouth disease (326.88 person-years), other infectious diarrhea (235.74 person-years), hepatitis E (10.65 person-years), bacillary dysentery (10.09 person-years), hepatitis A (7.71 person-years), and acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis (1.97 person-years), and the corresponding intensity of YLDs were 0.489, 0.353, 0.016, 0.015, 0.012, and 0.003 person-years /100 000, respectively. Conclusions The hand-foot-and-mouth disease and the other infectious diarrhea were the main intestinal infectious diseases subtypes prevailed in Jining city from 2009 to 2016, whose incidence was highest in the season of summer, and the preschool children and elderly people were the high-risk populations. According to its incidence characteristic, relevant government departments can take effective measures to prevent and control the intestinal infectious diseases in Jining city.

RESUMO

Gap junction (GJ), which mainly consists of connexins, is a linking method between neighboring cells. Neighboring cells exchange substances, energy and information by gap junction intercellular communication mediated by GJ. Particularly, Cx43 protein is one of the most important members of Cx family. The study in recent years demonstrated the features of Cx43 protein and its important roles in the pathogenesis of neurological disorders, tumors, cardiovascular risks. This article summarizes the structure, functions, coding gene, structure analysis, synthesis, membrane localization, regulation of Cx43. Furthermore, this article explains the physiological functions of Cx43 in human bodies and its important roles in the pathogenesis of related neurological disorders.

RESUMO

Objective:To explore the components and time characteristics of attentional bias in type 2 diabetic patients with different levels of self-management.Methods:The patients were first divided into higher, medium and lower self-management levels based on the Summary of Diabetes Self-care Activities Questionnaire (SDSCA),63 subjects in each group.A probe detection task was used to examine the impact of the different emotional pictures and stimulus presenting time on attentional bias. Results:When the stimuli were displayed for 500 ms,patients with higher self-management levels showed shorter reaction time to positive pictures than to negative pictures [(597.8 ± 185.5) ms vs.(626.0 ± 186.6) ms,P < 0.01],and their scores of negative attentional bias [(-22.5 ± 79.0) ms,P <0.05] and negative orienting index were lower than 0[(-26.6 ±74.5) ms,P <0.01].The scores of negative disengaging index were significant higher than 0 in patients with medium self-management levels [(17.2 ± 60.3) ms,P <0.05],the scores of positive disengaging index were significant lower than 0 in patients with lower selfmanagement levels [(-22.6 ±74.8) ms,P <0.05]].When the stimuli were displayed for 1250 ms,the scores of positive orienting index were higher than 0 in patients with medium self-management levels [(14.9 ± 54.4) ms,P < 0.05].Conclusion:It suggests that there are different characteristics of implicit cognitive processing in patients with different levels of self-management.

RESUMO

In order to explore the effect of abendazole sulfoxide-loaded thermo-sensitive hydrogel (ABZSO/PLGA-PEG-PL-GA) on alveolar hydatid cysts, the viable protoscoleces incubated in vitro with ABZSO/PLGA-PEG-PLGA (20,40,80 μg/mL),ABZSO (40 μg/mL),PLGA-PEG-PLGA and the blank control, respectively, and the viable protoscoleces were counted. The morphological of the alveolar hydatid cysts or protoscoleces in each group were observed by scanning electron microscop(SEM).After the rats infected with alveolar hydatid cysts having been treated, the sizes of the alveolar hydatid cysts were observed. When the alveolar hydatid cysts incubated in different drug group in 18 days, the percentage of viable protoscoleces in ABZSO/PLGA-PEG-PLGA (40μg/mL) group was lower than that of ABZSO (40 μg/mL) group. Results of SEM showed that the protoscoleces in the ABZSO/PLGA-PEG-PLGA (80 μg/mL) group were seriously damaged. The in vivo study demonstrated the anti-alveolar hydatid cysts efficacy of ABZSO/PLGA-PEG-PLGA (4 mg/mL) group was better than the other groups. The anti-alveolar hydatid cysts efficacy of ABZSO/PLGA-PEG-PLGA is evident.
